This luxurious house is located in the central "island" of Kyoto, between two river streams (the Kamogawa river and the Takasegawa canal), and 2 central avenues: Gojo (Fifth Avenue) and Shichijo (Seventh Avenue). 1.1 km from Kyoto JR station it is a very convenient location.
Hayaocho is a historical machiya built at the end of the 19th century, it has been restored with keeping in mind the spirit of the first modernity of the Meiji era.
The ground floor is fully open, and the second floor has a twin bed (or King size bed) room and a tatami bedroom. It is ideal for a couple up to a 4 people family.
