This luxurious house is located in the central "island" of Kyoto, between two river streams (the Kamogawa river and the Takasegawa canal), and 2 central avenues: Gojo (Fifth Avenue) and Shichijo (Seventh Avenue). 1 km away from Kyoto JR station it is a very convenient location.

The ground floor is fully open. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and the second floor has a twin bed (or King size bed) room and a tatami bedroom. There are bathrooms on each floor. The house has 4 AC units and a heated floor, it is a comfortable nest. It is ideal for a couple up to a 4 people group.
